Mr. Steve Lee is the Quality Director for Computer World Services Corp., whose distinguished 20+ year career includes quality assurance/controls and implementing on-time solutions to increase project efficiency while decreasing costs.  He has a strong track record of developing and directing highly successful projects and steady-state teams in Quality Assurance, IT, Portfolio Management, and technical support, partnering across all departments to assist with contract deliverables.  His innovative quality and customer satisfaction programs ensure on-going quality service, reduce cycle time, eliminate defects, increase time to delivery, and minimize costs. 

Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Maryland at College Park.  He has formal Scrum Master, Six Sigma Green Belt, Earned Value Management, RUP, Agile, UNIX, Oracle Developer, and Shipley training.  He earned his Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance, ITIL Foundations certification, Certified CMMI ® Associate, and is a member of PMI and the American Society for Quality.  

He has also been a SPARKS leader in Awana organization since 2018. He currently resides in the Washington, DC metro area with his wife, two sons, and two dogs.
