Ryan Yantz is the Director of Proposals at Computer World Services Corp., bringing over a decade of experience in managing complex, multi-million-dollar proposals. He plays a vital role in pursuing Federal Government contracts, driving strategic proposal efforts from start to finish. Known for his leadership and team-building skills, Mr. Yantz actively mentors proposal writers, helping them develop professionally and deliver successful proposals. With an active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from George Mason, he navigates the challenges of federal contracting, ensuring compliance and creating persuasive proposals.

Beyond his technical skills, Mr. Yantz is experienced in leading geographically dispersed teams and fostering collaboration across functions. His expertise spans proposal management, capture strategy, and business development, making him a versatile leader throughout the proposal lifecycle. His strategic approach and ability to adapt to evolving industry needs have earned him the trust of executive leadership and cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving results and securing competitive wins.

Outside of work, Mr. Yantz enjoys spending time with his family, biking, skiing, and reading. He has recently completed cycling events such as Colorado’s Triple Bypass and Blue Sky Climb and plans to participate in the Triple Bypass again in 2025.
