Devon Layton is Director of Human Resources for Computer World Services Corp., leading the organization’s human resources functions into the future.  In this role, Devon develops and implements HR practices and programs to Recruit, Retain, Include, and Develop the greatest asset of Computer World Services Corp., our employees.

Devon has more than 20 years of human resources and business experience. She joined Computer World Services Corp. in 2014 and leads the Recruiting, Human Resources, and FSO functions. Devon is focused and passionate, partnering with the business to create a world-class organization that is respected as an employer of choice and an employee advocate fostering an environment of collaboration, diversity, inclusion, and teamwork. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, being creative and caring for her animals.

Devon holds a master’s degree in human resource management from Lindenwood University in St. Louis, Missouri. Devon maintains her certification as a Certified Professional in Human Resources (CHRP) from SHRM, as well as being certified in Mental Health First Aid.
