Caitlin Pieters currently serves as Chief Financial Officer, where she leads the finance and accounting function and provides strategic oversight of financial planning, treasury, and business operations. She plays a key role in shaping the organization’s long-term financial strategy, driving performance, and supporting continued growth.

With over 17 years of progressive leadership experience, Caitlin has built a reputation as a results-driven finance executive in the government contracting space. Her expertise spans merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions, financial systems modernization, and the implementation of scalable processes that enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy. She is recognized as a collaborative leader who excels at aligning financial strategy with broader organizational goals.

Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Finance at the College of William and Mary.
