- Computer World Services Corporation (CWS) was established in 1990 by current President and Chief Executive Officer Frank Hameed. Frank's vision was to establish a world-class network management and systems integration company.
- In 1992, CWSC created its sales business unit to provide its customers "full life cycle" support for their hardware and software needs and to meet their integration requirements.
- 8(a) designation was awarded to CWSC by the Small Business Administration in September, 1997.
- In 1999, CWSC created its Resource Networks Division. RN was established to fill a void in the network management industry where 98.1% of all Cisco partners were pure resellers. RN was formed to establish "next generation network solutions and services for new world technologies". RN has now been successfully growing for eight years.
- Recognized in INC. Magazine as one of American's fastest growing private companies two years in a row. In 2001 we were ranked as number 235 out of 500 companies and just one year later, in 2002, we ranked number 130.
- CWSC graduated from the 8(a) program in September, 2006.
- In 2006, CWSC entered into a mentor-protégé relationship with SAIC.
